Added note that the tooltip is incorrect. Testing revealed that there is a reduction in dash distance, which is mentioned in the patch notes. Just not shown in the tooltip.

Lightning Scroll is a Tier 4 Spirit Item that can be purchased from the Shop for Souls 6,400. Its component, Mystic Slow, makes up Souls 1,600 of the cost.

  • The "Mystic Slow effects" listed in the tooltip include the -12% Dash Distance Reduction, though it's not directly listed in the item description.[1]
  • Drifter, Kelvin, Mirage, Pocket, and Yamato cannot buy Lightning Scroll, as their ultimates cannot trigger its passive effect.

Notable interactions

  • Lady Geist's Soul Exchange does not trigger Lightning Scroll, but she can still buy it.
  • While Silver is transformed, any ability or attack that hits an enemy will trigger Lightning Scroll.
  • Vindicta's Assassinate triggers Lightning Scroll independently for every shot, as each charge is considered a separate ultimate. This including shots on the same target.
    • Venator's Ira Domini functions similarly to Assassinate, but all three bolts are considered the same ultimate. Thus, it can only apply Lightning Scroll on separate targets.
