Lightning Scroll is a Tier 4 Spirit Item that can be purchased from the Shop for  6,400. Its component, Mystic Slow, makes up  1,600 of the cost.

Notes

• Drifter, Kelvin, Mirage, Pocket, and Yamato cannot buy Lightning Scroll, as their ultimates cannot trigger its passive effect.
  • Lady Geist's ultimate does not trigger Lightning Scroll since it only deals Pure Damage, though she can still buy it.
• Damage dealt by Silver's Weapon or Abilities while transformed will trigger Lightning Scroll.

Known Bugs

• Lightning Scroll's in-game tooltip not fully display the Passive effects of its component's tooltip, shortening it to only "Mystic Slow effects".
  • As a consequence, it erroneously does not mention the 12% reduction in dash distance carried over from Mystic Slow. The patch notes from 01/30/2026 explicitly mention the reduction being present.
