Soul Exchange does not trigger Lightning Scroll, though she can still buy it for unknown reasons.
Shiv's 
Killing Blow always triggers Lightning Scroll, regardless of whether it deals spirit damage or executes. The latter can be seen if the target survives with

Silver is transformed, any ability or attack that hits an enemy will trigger Lightning Scroll. 
Vindicta's
