Lightning Scroll is a Tier 4 Spirit Item that can be purchased from the Shop for  6,400. Its component, Mystic Slow, makes up  1,600 of the cost.

Notes

• The "Mystic Slow effects" listed in the tooltip include the -12% Dash Distance Reduction, though it's not directly listed in the item description.
• Drifter, Kelvin, Mirage, Pocket, and Yamato cannot buy Lightning Scroll, as their ultimates cannot trigger its passive effect.

Notable interactions

• Lady Geist's Soul Exchange does not trigger Lightning Scroll, though she can still buy it. This may be due to Geist's ult only dealing Pure Damage.
  • Lightning Scroll does trigger for ultimates that deal Pure Damage otherwise, such as Shiv's Killing Blow execution, if the player survives with Cheat Death.
• Silver triggers Lightning Scroll whenever any ability or attack hits an enemy while she is transformed.
• Vindicta's Assassinate triggers Lightning Scroll independently for every shot, including shots on the same target.
