Metal Skin is a Tier 3 Vitality Item that can be purchased from the Shop for  3,200.

Notes

• Metal Skin does not provide Bullet Evasion. It blocks Weapon Damage, but on-bullet-hit effects and Build-Ups such as Haze's Fixation, Mirage's Djinn's Mark or Slowing Bullets are still applied.
  • For Fixation, the Weapon Damage is blocked for the duration of Metal Skin, but the player still receives the T1 Spirit Damage.
• Metal Skin does not block Paradox's Kinetic Carbine, since it deals Spirit Damage.
• Metal Skin blocks damage from NPCs that deal Weapon Damage (Troopers, Guardians, Neutrals, Base Turrets and the Mid-Boss).

• Metal Skin shows a VFX of the alchemical symbol for Mercury when activated. Mercury, or quicksilver, is the only metallic element that is liquid at standard temperature.
