Some of the abilities do not start out as charged but gain charges when they get a specific upgrade. In that case, Rapid Recharge will not affect these abilities until the upgrade is taken.

* If {{HeroIcon|Sinclair}} copies {{HeroIcon|Vindicta}}'s {{AbilityIcon|Assassinate}} with Rapid Recharge, they will start with 3 charges. After using Assassinate once, they can keep the copy indefinitely as long as they have one or more charges left.
