Ropes are climbable entities in the game that can be grabbed onto by pressing the jump key. If a player is hit by a melee attack while on a rope, they are slowed by 80%, which ramps down to 20% over 2s.
If a Hero has taken damage from another Hero in the last 4s, they will climb ropes 40% slower, which tapers off to 0% in the last second.
Ropes are often located next to buildings that have Jungle camps on their rooftops.
