Silencer is a Tier 4 Weapon Item that builds from Slowing Bullets that applies a slow on hit to players with weapons and melee attacks and also increases weapon damage.

When activated, Silencer will cause all your bullets to Silence the target for a short time, preventing them from activating any abilities.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  7,450 Souls ( 6,200 if you own Slowing Bullets)

Notes

• "Bullet Slow Proc" is the same effect as the movement slow from Slowing Bullets.
  • EX: a "+25% Bullet Slow Proc" would apply a 25% Movement Slow to the attacked hero for 1.3s
