Slowing Hex is a Tier 2 Spirit Item that grants the hero Sprint Speed and Spirit Power.

When used against a target enemy, Slowing Hex deals Spirit Damage, slows the target's movement and dashes, and conditionally silences the target, preventing them from using any movement-based items or abilities.

It can be purchased at the Shop for  1,250.
