Notes

• Despite the in-game tooltip specifically referring to Move Speed, the duration also applies to the Fire Rate bonus.
• The extra Ability Power only affects the initial cast and thus does not affect the damage of lingering DoT abilites (examples include Seven Lightning Ball and Kelvin Arctic Beam)
