Notes

• Tesla Bullets have an internal cooldown of 0.2 seconds, which is lowered by item cooldown reduction.
• Shock Damage is considered Spirit Damage and is reduced by Spirit Resist.
• Although in general Tesla Bullets deals higher dps the higher fire rate you have, the scale is not linear and there are points at which having an higher fire rate will result in lower dps, since you will shoot more bullets during the internal cooldown.
