Notes

• Tesla Bullets have an internal cooldown of 0.2 seconds, which is lowered by item cooldown reduction.
• Shock Damage is considered Spirit Damage and is reduced by Spirit Resist.
• Although in general Tesla Bullets deals higher dps the higher the fire rate, the scale is not linear and there are points at which having an higher fire rate will result in lower dps, since more bullets will be shot during the internal cooldown.
