Notes

• Tesla Bullets have an internal cooldown of 0.25 seconds, which is lowered by item cooldown reduction.
• Shock Damage is considered Spirit Damage and is reduced by Spirit Resist but does not proc Spirit Damage effects like Escalating Exposure or Mystic Slow.
