December 6, 2024	Fixed some issues with being unable to shoot over half-height cover. Frost Grenade now also reduces Stamina Regeneration during the slow duration. Frozen Shelter now created on key up. While the key is down an outline of the area will be shown. Frozen Shelter cooldown increased from 127s to 130s. Frozen Shelter T2 increased from -38s to -40s.
November 21, 2024	Frost Grenade T2 reduced from +125 Heal to +100. Frozen Shelter regen reduced from 120 to 110. Frozen Shelter T3 reduced from +70 (1.6 Spirit Power) to +60 (1.4 Spirit Power). Seismic Impact, Death Slam and Ground Strike now smash through Ice Path.
October 27, 2024	Ice Path cooldown increased from 38s to 42s.
October 24, 2024	Arctic Beam slow reduced from 50% to 40%. Frost Grenade T2 heal reduced from 145 to 125. Fixed Frozen Shelter not freezing weakened patron.
September 26, 2024	Fixed a bug where Kelvin desperation VO for Arctic Beam and Ice Path were flipped. Headshot bonus damage reduced by 20%. Bullet damage growth reduced from 1.2 to 0.9. Arctic Beam movement slow reduced from 70% to 50%. Moving through breakables while on Ice Path now destroys them.
September 12, 2024	Updated Frozen Shelter to fix some performance related issues. Arctic Beam fire rate slow reduced from 80% to 40%. Arctic Beam movement slow reduced from 80% to 70%. Objectives and Rejuvenator are now frozen and invulnerable when under frozen shelter. Ice Path and Arctic Beam can now also be cancelled by hitting the ability key again.
August 29, 2024	Bullet radius increased from 5 to 6. Base health growth per boon increased from +45 to +50. Arctic Beam max slow increased from 60% to 80%. Arctic Beam now affects soul orbs (secures/denies them). Arctic Beam T3 range reduced from 15m to 13m. Fixed Ice Path jitter. Frost Grenade T2 Heal increased from 135 to 145.
August 15, 2024	Fixed Arctic Beam T3 range not being calculated correctly when you have range increase items. Arctic Beam no longer applies a Disarm. Arctic Beam now slows Fire Rate (same values as slow). Arctic Beam max slow reduced from 90% to 60%. Arctic Beam time to reach max slow increased from 1.2s to 2s. Frozen Shelter can now be cast while using Arctic Beam.
August 1, 2024	Fixed Arctic Beam not having proper lag compensation. Fixed some cases where Frost Grenade would explode and not hit anyone. Arctic Beam can now be canceled directly by using parry. Frost Grenade cast time reduced from 0.2s to 0.1s. Frost Grenade recharge time reduced from 8s to 7s. Ice Path sprint is now granted immediately on use.
July 18, 2024	Frost Grenade cooldown reduced from 23s to 21s. Ice Path trail duration increased from 15s to 18s. Arctic Beam T3 now hits up to 2 additional targets.
July 4, 2024	Fixed Frost Grenade not going where you had targeted if you moved quickly during the cast. Ice Path T3 bonus now lingers for 6s extra.
June 27, 2024	Arctic Beam spirit scaling increased from 0.7 to 0.9. Arctic Beam cooldown reduced from 25 to 23.
June 20, 2024	Arctic Beam movespeed limit is now applied via a reduction rather than a speed cap (to allow items to be combined for faster movement like Surge of Power).
June 13, 2024	Rejuvenator will no longer stop dropping if it touches player created geometry (like Frozen Shelter) and always goes down to the target position. Frozen Shelter movement speed slow increased from 25% to 35%. Can now dismiss Frozen Shelter while channeling other abilities ( Arctic Beam).
June 6, 2024	Improved visuals for Kelvin's gun projectile. Fixed some visual issues with Ice Path. Ice Path sprint speed increased from +1 to +2. Ice Path trail duration increased from 12s to 15s. Frozen Shelter T2 changed to -40s Cooldown. Frozen Shelter T3 changed to +70 Health Regen that scales with Spirit. Frozen Shelter can now be dismissed early.
May 30, 2024	Base health increased from 550 to 600 Frost Grenade radius increased from 6 to 6.5. Frost Grenade charge time reduced from 10s to 8s. Players can now slide down the Ice Path. Ice Path slow resistance increased from 50% to 60%. Ice Path T3 max spirit increased from 40 to 55.
May 23, 2024	Fixed Kelvin's Arctic Beam sometimes not hitting Neutrals. Frost Grenade cooldown reduced from 26s to 23s. While Ice Path you no longer slow down when you shoot your gun. Arctic Beam Channel move speed increased from 4 to 6. Arctic Beam T1 changed from "+2 Channel Move Speed" to -8s Cooldown.
May 16, 2024	Now has +10% Base Spirit Resistance. Frozen Shelter T1 increased from +35% to +40% Fire Rate Slow. Ice Path T3 Now gains 1 Spirit per meter of Ice Path trail created. Max of 40 Spirit.
May 10, 2024	Fixed Frozen Shelter effects disappearing while still active if Kelvin dies during it. Frost Grenade cooldown reduced from 30s to 26s.
May 3, 2024	Frost Grenade T3 bonus damage increased from +100 to +175.
