The Tunnel Rats are an underground (both figuratively and literally) group that assists the black market that operates between the "boroughs", using a network of underground tunnels.[1]
The Tunnel Rats used to do business with the Mendoza Syndicate.[2]
Notable members
Mo & Krill act as enforcers for The Tunnel Rats, punishing anyone who disrespects the group. They oppose the gangs who occasionally try and exploit the tunnel system.
