Sleep state no longer disables the target. It instead allows them to move at 2 m/s and be unable to take any other action (including stamina, mantle, parry etc). The target still wakes up on damage.

Bullet Dance cooldown increased from 138s to 150s

Sleep Dagger impact damage happens immediately, rather than after the brief drowsy period.

Sleep Dagger now puts you in a brief drowsy state for 0.25s seconds where you move slowly before falling asleep (you still have the ability to shoot/cast/move/etc during this period).
