Capacitor is a Tier 4 Weapon Item.

It has a passive ability that shocks enemy targets; and an active ability that deals damage, applies slow and removes all non-ultimate buffs on the affected enemy players.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  6,400. Its Component, Tesla Bullets, makes up  3,200 of the cost.

Notes

• Capacitor does not remove the Unstoppable status. However, Unstoppable will not protect other buffs from being removed.
