When you would take lethal damage, instead become temporarily death immune and remove all non-stun debuffs. While death immune, you deal reduced damage and have reduced healing.

Cheat Death is a Tier 4 Vitality Item that grants the hero bonus Health and Bullet Resist.

It has a passive that makes the player immune to death for 4.5s when they would take lethal damage (health reduced to 0), but also makes them weaker while the effect is active.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  6,400.
