Cheater FrogGive feedback
Cheater Frog is an anti-cheat mechanic in Deadlock.

Overview
When the game's anti-cheat algorithm identifies a player as a cheater, a pop-up appears to the other players to choose between banning the player immediately or turning them into a frog before banning. The frog is unable to perform any actions besides moving and jumping. The match also becomes free to leave and the result is not counted for matchmaking.
Trivia
- The Cheater Frog was based on an unused mechanic designed for Counter Strike: Global Offensive that turned cheaters into chickens.[1]
- The Cheater Frog model is the same used in Pocket's Affliction. The frog was also originally used for Sinclair Rabbit Hex.
