Hollow Point is a Tier 3 Weapon Item that grants Out of Combat Regen and Bonus Health. Its passive effect causes heroes to deal additional Weapon Damage so long as they are above 65% Max Health. It was originally named Hollow Point Ward.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  3,200.
