Hollow Point is a Tier 3 Weapon Item that grants Out of Combat Regen and Bonus Health. Its passive effect causes heroes to deal additional Weapon Damage so long as they are above 65 Max Health. It was originally named Hollow Point Ward.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  3,200.
