Inhibitor has a Passive effect causing bullets fired, on hit, to apply a Movement Slow and reduce the target's damage.

Inhibitor's effect appears as a downward red arrow in the player's back.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  6,000.

Notes

• Inhibitor's Damage Reduction Debuff effect will apply to enemy players with Unstoppable activated.
