Notes

• Mercurial Magnum is a Charge-Up item, so it's not affected by Cooldown Reduction.
• Mercurial Magnum will always give the full Spirit damage on bullet hit bonus, regardless of charge-up.
• The passive buff has a fixed duration of 12 seconds.
