Notes

• Non-charged abilities that gain charges through Omnicharge Signet will receive benefits from Extra Charge and Rapid Recharge.

Known Bugs

• If imbued on Victor's Pain Battery, the player cannot use the ability.
• Omnicharge Signet treats Infernus' Flame Dash as an uncharged ability, even if imbued after Tier 3 unlocked. It also appears that if Imbued on Wraith card throw, it will cause no added charges and bug out the overhead card HUD scattering them
