Refresher is a Tier 4 Spirit Item that can be purchased from the Shop for Souls 6,400.

Refresher has a 0.6s. delay between activating the item and the cooldowns being refreshed. Any abilities activated during the delay will be refreshed. Being interrupted during this will not prevent Refresher from resetting cooldowns.
