January 30, 2026	Cooldown reduced from 30s to 20s. Changed from +6% Spirit Resist to +8%. Changed to self cast only. Now restores up to 3 stamina based on the percentage of stacks you have relative to the max.
October 2, 2025	Boon scaling increased from 0.3 to 0.4.
