Spirit Damage is a form of damage dealt by most abilities and some items. It is modifiable by obtaining Spirit Power, and scales with the respective ability or item's Spirit Scaling. Certain items will deal additional Spirit Damage if a condition is met.

Spirit Resistance

edit
Main article: Damage Resistance

Incoming damage is reduced by the target's Spirit Resist and increased by the attacker's Spirit Resist Reduction. These stats stack multiplicatively. For a detailed breakdown on how multiple items stack, see the main page.

NPCs

edit

Attacks from Walkers, Shrines and Patrons deal Spirit Damage.

Sources

edit

See Spirit Power#Sources for a list of sources of Spirit Power (that therefore increase Spirit Damage).

There are several items that deal Spirit Damage, but called in a different name or applied in a specific manner (not a comprehensive list):

  •   Alchemical Fire deals up to 95  x0.4 Spirit Damage per second in an area.
  •   Mystic Shot makes the player's bullet deal 40  x0.9 Spirit Damage every 8 seconds.
  •   Stalker deals 17 Spirit Damage per second.
  •   Tesla Bullets deals 33  x0.19 Shock Damage on hit and on jump (reduced by Damage Falloff).
  •   Torment Pulse deals 25  x0.23 Pulse Damage every 1.4s (scaling with Spirit Power).
  •   Toxic Bullets deals 1.9%  x0.005 Bleed Damage based on current health per second.
