Surge of Power is a Tier 3 Spirit Item that provides Bonus Health to the purchasing hero. Upon purchasing the item, the player selects an ability to Imbue with permanent Spirit Power; when that ability is activated, the using hero gains bonus Movement Speed and a 10% Fire Rate bonus for 6s.

It can be purchased for  3,000 from the Shop.
