• Torment Pulse can be useful for accelerating wave pushing and for farming neutrals.

• Torment Pulse can be useful on anyone that is comfortable with standing near enemies for long periods.

• Torment Pulse can be useful for constantly activating ability and item effects that depend on dealing spirit damage, such as Bullet Resist Shredder.

• The pulse rate scales with Cooldown Reduction effects, causing Torment Pulse to deal damage more frequently.
