Transcendent Cooldown is a Tier 4 Spirit Item that can be purchased from the Shop for Souls 6,400. Its component, Superior Cooldown, makes up Souls 3,200 of the cost.

Notes

  • When bought, Cooldown Reduction is applied retroactively to abilities already on cooldown.
  • It reduces all item cooldowns, for both passive and active effects.
  • It does not affect Charge-Up items, such as   Tankbuster and   Mercurial Magnum.
