Witchmail is a Tier 4 Vitality Item that can be purchased from the Shop for  6,400.

Notes

• Witchmail's random mechanic does not target abilities that are not on cooldown. This means that having only one ability on cooldown guarantees that only that ability will get it's cooldown reduced by Witchmail.

• The damage required to trigger Witchmail's passive is pre-mitigated damage, buying Damage Resistance will not negatively impact the items usefulness.
