October 27, 2024	Sticky Bomb stacks no longer decrease on death. Sticky Bomb now gives stacks based on dying heroes hurt by Sticky Bomb damage with a 12 second buffer (previously anyone hit by the bomb would automatically grant stacks). Sticky Bomb damage per stack increased from 3% to 5%. Sticky Bomb spirit power damage scaling increased from 0.9 to 1.2. Sticky Bomb T1 improved from -7.5s to -8s. Sticky Bomb Sticky Bomb cooldown reduced from 19s to 18s.
October 24, 2024	Bullet damage growth increased from 0.29 to 0.33. No longer gains 1% Bullet Resist per boon. Now gains 1% Spirit Resist per boon. Sticky Bomb now loses 20% of your stacks on death (rounds up). Hook now returns troopers 75% faster than normal.
October 11, 2024	Sticky Bomb no longer has a cap (was 15 stacks). Sticky Bomb scaling per hero reduced from 4% to 3% (previous uncapped was 2.5%). Sticky Bomb still loses 2 stacks on death. Fixed some Hook bugs causing it to sometimes not grab heroes near cover but still in collision range. Hook collision against troopers reduced to 12 (default is 33). Hook no longer kills troopers (so you can bomb/uppercut/melee them). Hyper Beam duration increased from 10s to 11s.
October 10, 2024	Sticky Bomb growth increased from 2.5% to 4% per stack. Sticky Bomb now loses 2 stacks on death. Sticky Bomb now has 15 max stacks. Hook range increased from 25m to 30m. Hook now also hits enemy troopers, killing them instantly. Fixed some cases where Hook would grab players from around corners. Hyper Beam movement slow reduced from 30% to 25%. Hyper Beam duration no longer scales with Spirit Power. Hyper Beam duration increased from 8s to 10s. Exploding Uppercut now applies a 15% Fire Rate slow in the landing radius for 5s. Scales with Spirit Power (0.2).
September 26, 2024	Hook range reduced from 30m to 25m. Hyper Beam duration spirit scaling reduced from 0.08 to 0.06.
September 14, 2024	Hyper Beam cooldown increased from 117 to 130. Hyper Beam T1 reduced from -38s to -30s. Hyper Beam end radius reduced from 5m to 4m. Hyper Beam slow reduced from 40% to 30%. Hyper Beam DPS reduced from 220 to 205. Hyper Beam DPS spirit scaling reduced from 3 to 2.7.
September 12, 2024	Exploding Uppercut no longer roots your hero during cast time. Can now keep firing if he jumps and his laser is already warmed up. Reverted recent change to make hook have an alternate cast mode to pierce through allies/enemies. Hook range reduced from 35m to 30m. Hyper Beam now does splash damage around a 5m area the beam connects to on the ground (can be used to fish heroes out of cover in some areas).
August 29, 2024	Fixed Bebop being able to sprint while his gun is spun up. Gun range increased from 30m to 32m. Hook now only targets enemies when used by default. If you use with alt cast (middle mouse) it will be ally only mode. Hyper Beam can now be canceled by using Parry.
August 15, 2024	Fixed Bebop's Sticky Bomb sometimes misfiring. Improved visibility of AOE around Bebop while casting Hyper Beam. Gun range reduced from 50m to 30m + 2.5m/boon (max of 58m). Speed while shooting increased from 55% to 70%. Base regen increased from 2.5 to 3. Base Bullet Resist increased from 0% to 10%. Bullet Resist per boon reduced from 2.5% to 1.6% (same overall bullet resist at max). Hook range reduced from 40m to 35m. Hook T2 increased from +25m to +30m. Exploding Uppercut now has a slight angle limitation to prevent straight-up direction. Exploding Uppercut radius increased from 10m to 14m. Exploding Uppercut T1 increased from -10s Cooldown to -11s. Fixed hooking through veils sometimes not working. Sticky Bomb radius increased from 10m to 12m. Sticky Bomb can now be cast on self using alt cast hotkey. Hyper Beam T2 reduced from +140 to +100. Hyper Beam spirit scaling increased from 2.4 to 3.0. Hyper Beam turn rate improved by 10%. Hyper Beam nearby radius increased from 4.5m to 5m. Hyper Beam nearby damage now does 25% less than the full amount.
August 1, 2024	Bullet Resistance growth per boon increased from 2% to 2.5%. Sticky Bomb now prioritizes enemies over allies. Hyper Beam duration now scales with Spirit (0.08). Hyper Beam spirit scaling increased from 2.2 to 2.4.
July 23, 2024	Fixed a recent issue with Bebop gun not using lag compensation correctly when hitting orbs.
July 18, 2024	Base HP regen increased from 1 to 2.5. No longer has 24% base bullet resistance. Now gains +2% Bullet Resistance per boon (happens 11 times). Hook speed reduced from 3000 to 2850. Exploding Uppercut horizontal distance knockback on enemy heroes is reduced from 25m to 20m. Fixed enemies being able to use heavy melee to cancel Exploding Uppercut's momentum. Hyper Beam is now very wide in the area right in front of the hero, then narrows into the current size a few meters away. Hyper Beam Spirit Power damage scaling increased from 1.96 to 2.2. Hyper Beam T2 increased from +120 to +140.
July 11, 2024	Fixed ability-based lifesteals not granting life from damage caused to shields (affects things like Hyper Beam T3, Siphon Life, Scorn, Life Drain, Flog and Concussive Combustion T3).
July 4, 2024	Reactive Barrier: Now procs on displacement abilities (e.g. Hook, Paradoxical Swap, Exploding Uppercut). Base HP regen reduced from 2 to 1. Hyper Beam cast range increased from 60m to 70m.
June 27, 2024	Fixed a bug where pinging Bebop's Hook and Sticky Bomb abilities would call the wrong ability name.
June 20, 2024	Fixed the unit target UI not showing up for instant-cast abilities ( Mo & Krill ult, Lady Geist ult, Bebop bomb). Hook hitbox reduced from 36 inches to 33. Hyper Beam cooldown increased from 100s to 110s.
June 13, 2024	Sticky Bomb base damage reduced from 130 to 120. Hook grab radius reduced from 40 inches to 36. Hyper Beam movement and dash slow increased from 30% to 40%. Hyper Beam DPS increased from 210 to 220. Hyper Beam tracking speed increased by 10%.
June 6, 2024	Hyper Beam slow now affects stamina dashes.
May 30, 2024	Hyper Beam width increased from 2.7m to 2.9m. Base bullet armor increased from 20% to 24%.
May 23, 2024	Fixed a few unit target abilities that could sometimes select a target behind a nearby wall (e.g. Bebop Sticky Bomb). Sticky Bomb T3 changed from Silence to Disarm. Improved Hook hitbox detection to not grab targets that are behind cover. Hyper Beam width increased from 2.5m to 2.7m.
May 16, 2024	Sticky Bomb T3 now applies the silence on cast instead of detonation. Sticky Bomb T3 silence duration reduced from 5s to 3.5s. Sticky Bomb now uses a new instant cast mechanism. When you are in range there is a valid target indicator.
May 10, 2024	No longer has an innate +15% Spirit Resist. Now has innate +20% Bullet Resist. Hook cooldown reduced from 27s to 22s. Hook T3 reduced from -15s to -12s Cooldown. Hook Speed increased from 2700 to 3000. Hook Return Speed increased from 1800 to 2200. Hyper Beam DPS increased from 180 to 210.
