Your next parry protects you from the damage and effects of enemy abilities and items. On a successful spell parry  heal and gain  move speed and  Spirit.

Counterspell is a Tier 3 Vitality Item that grants Bonus Health and Spirit Power. Its passive allows the hero to parry the damage and effects of enemy abilities and items. Successfully doing so heals the hero and grants them a temporary boost to Move Speed and spirit power.
It can be purchased from the Shop for 3,200.
Notes
- Counterspell prevents all damage from a Walker stomp, but does not prevent the stun.
- Counterspell can prevent
Lash's 
Death Slam if the player parries at the moment they would be pulled. - Counterspell can be used on
The Doorman's 
Hotel Guest however it will still send you to the Baroness Hotel. - Counterspell can prevent the build-up of stacking effects, such as
Haze's 
Fixation and 
Mirage's 
Djinn's Mark. However, it does not remove stacks applied before the parry and does not prevent the damage of Djinn's Mark from proccing.
