Notes

• McGinnis' Heavy Barrage currently does not trigger Diviner's Kevlar. This is likely a bug.
• The spirit scaling buff from Diviner's Kevlar has some inconsistent interactions. For example:
  • Abrams' Siphon Life and Shoulder Charge will use the current spirit power when the ability does damage.
  • Bebop's Sticky Bomb will benefit from the bonus spirit power even if Diviner's Kevlar expires before the bomb explodes, as long as the bomb was applied prior to it expiring.
  • Infernus' Flame Dash will also reflect the current spirit power bonus when the ability does damage.
