It can be purchased from the Shop for  3,200, with its Component, Healing Rite, making up  800 of the cost.

March 21, 2026	Ability Range reduced from +6% to +5%.
September 4, 2025	Heal per boon increased from 4.4 to 6. Now grants +6% Ability Range.
May 27, 2025	Now a T3 item. Base heal increased from 260 to 325. Heal now scales with Boons rather than Spirit Power (7 per Boon). Now grants +8 Spirit Power. Cooldown reduced from 70s to 60s.

• Healing Nova was originally named Health Nova.
• Healing Nova is one of several items featured in promotional posters around the Map. However, those posters still use the old name.
