Kinetic Dash is a Tier 2 Weapon Item that grants Stamina and Stamina Recovery. Its passive effect causes a hero's next Dash Jump to grant bonus Fire Rate and Ammo until they next reload.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  1,600, with its Component, Extra Stamina, making up  800 of the cost.
