Leech is a Tier 4 Vitality Item that provides Spirit Lifesteal, Bullet Lifesteal, Bonus Health, Weapon Damage, and Spirit Power to the purchasing hero.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  6,400. Purchasing one of its Components, Bullet Lifesteal or Spirit Lifesteal, discounts the cost by  1,600 and purchasing both the components discounts the cost by  3,200.
