Lightning Scroll is a Tier 4 Spirit Item that provides Bonus Health and Sprint Speed. The purchasing hero's Spirit Damage will also cause enemies hit to have their Movement Speed be reduced.

Lightning Scroll has a passive effect that causes any damage done by your ultimate to apply bonus Spirit Damage and a brief Stun after a short delay. This can only be triggered once per target per ultimate, and cannot be used with ultimates that have charges (such as Vindicta's Assassinate.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  6,400 (its Component, Mystic Slow, makes up  1,600 of the cost).

Notes

Kelvin, Mirage and Yamato cannot buy Lightning Scroll, as their ultimates cannot trigger its passive effect.
