It is a component of Tankbuster.
Notes
[edit | edit source]- Mystic Burst is a Charge-Up item, thus not affected by Cooldown Reduction.
- Heroes with Spirit Lifesteal will heal from Mystic Burst's passive effect triggering.
- A small lightning shock visual is applied to the enemy hero when it is hit by Mystic Burst's passive effect.
