Soul Rebirth had a Passive component which would respawn the hero with 50% health at the location they died after 4 seconds; this effect had a cooldown of 180 seconds, which could be reduced with additional Cooldown Reduction.
On November 7, 2024, this item was removed from the game.

- Killing a hero that has Soul Rebirth ready will still give kill credit and reward the instant souls, but the hero's corpse will not release additional soul orbs.
- Killing a hero that has Soul Rebirth ready will trigger on-kill effects, such as Healbane's passive.
