Notes
- Tankbuster is a Charge-Up item, thus not affected by Cooldown Reduction.
- Tankbuster only goes on cooldown when it affects enemy heroes. It will not go on cooldown when you hit an NPC.
- Tankbuster has inconsistent interactions with different sources of damage resist and amplification.
