Torment Pulse is a Tier 3 Spirit Item that provides Bonus Health and Melee Resist to the purchasing hero. It periodically (every 1.4s, scales with item cooldown) deals Spirit Damage to the 2 closest enemies.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  3,200.

Notes

Torment Pulse can be useful for constantly activating ability and item effects that depend on dealing spirit damage, such as Bullet Resist Shredder and Escalating Exposure.
