Vampiric Burst is a Tier 4 Vitality Item that can be purchased from the Shop for  6,400. Its component, Bullet Lifesteal, makes up  1,600 of the cost.

Notes

• Using Vampiric Burst while reloading instantly stops the reload. This cannot trigger Active Reload's effect.
• Added ammo is affected by bonus Ammo from items and other sources. For example, having Titanic Magazine makes Vampiric Burst give 2x of it's usual ammo.

Trivia

• Vampiric Burst appears to have previously been named "Surging Power", as many hero voice lines for it are named "use_surging_power" and heroes will often say it when Vampiric Burst is activated.
  • Additionally, Lash's in-game voice lines for Vampiric Burst are "lash_use_surging_power", while another set of unused lines named "lash_use_vampiric_burst" also exist.
• Venator's Ira Domini and Gutshot T3 heavy melee deal +5 damage to enemies with Vampiric Burst active.
