Melee Lifesteal is a Tier 1 Vitality Item that provides Melee Damage, Bonus Health, and Bullet Resist. In addition, melee attacks will heal the player for a portion of the damage dealt, but this heal is less effective against non-heroes.

Melee Lifesteal is a component of Lifestrike.
