Surge of Power is a Tier 3 Spirit Item that provides Bonus Health to the purchasing hero. Upon purchasing the item, the player selects an ability to Imbue with permanent Spirit Power; when that ability is activated, the using hero gains bonus Movement Speed and a 10% Fire Rate bonus for 6s.

It can be purchased for  3,000 from the Shop.

October 24, 2024	When the passive procs, you no longer get slowed when shooting (similar to Fleetfoot). Movespeed reduced from +3 to +2.
September 12, 2024	Imbued ability now grants +10% Fire Rate when used (same 6s duration as the movespeed buff).
