Metal Skin is a Tier 3 Vitality Item that provides Bonus Health, Spirit Power and Fire Rate to the purchasing hero.
Its active ability grants the user immunity to bullet damage whilst slowing their movement speed for a short duration. Attacks can still hit the user and proc effects such as 
Slowing Bullets.
It can be purchased for 3,000 from the Shop.
