Monster Rounds is a Tier 1 Weapon Item that grants additional Weapon Damage and Bullet Resistance against NPCs, as well as Bonus Health and Health Regen.
It can be purchased from the Shop for 500 Souls.
Notes
Monster Rounds applies additional damage to Non-Player Characters. This includes Troopers, lane structures like Guardians, Walkers, and the Patron, as well as player-created NPCs such as McGinnis' turrets.
