Spirit Rend is a Tier 3 Weapon Item that grants Bonus Health, while also carrying over the Spirit Resist debuff and Spirit Lifesteal against enemies granted by Spirit Shredder Bullets.

Additionally, headshots landed on enemy heroes apply up to 4 stacks of a Spirit Resist debuff on top of the previous debuff. Each target has its own cooldown, which is only applied if a stack is successfully applied. All stacks are refreshed with each new stack. Getting a headshot with Ricochet will not apply stacks to the secondary targets, but will still apply the non-stacking debuff.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  3,200. Its Component, Spirit Shredder Bullets, makes up  1,600 of the cost.

Notes

• Spirit Rend's in-game description says it gives -8% resist and -7% resist on headshot, however the actual values are reversed. The description here reflects the correct values.
