Soul Shredder Bullets is a Tier 2 Weapon Item, applying spirit amp against targets and increases the user's spirit lifesteal.

It can be purchased from the Curiosity Shop for 1,250.

The Spirit Amp is calculated multiplicatively with other sources of Spirit Resist and Spirit Amp (i.e. Escalating Exposure).
The Spirit Lifesteal from the debuff is independent from the diminishing returns from other sources of spirit lifesteal. It will always grant the player a flat + 18% spirit lifesteal.
The debuff only affects each player's own spirit damage. Teammates cannot benefit from this debuff, even if they own their own Soul Shredder Bullets item.
The debuff can be applied with melee attacks, as well as abilities that are considered melee attacks.
