It can be purchased from the Shop for  9,700 (its Component, Improved Spirit, makes up  3,500 of the cost).

Notes

Unlike the other seven Tier 4 Spirit Items, Boundless Spirit doesn't have an Active or a Passive. It also has the most direct Spirit Power increase of all Items including conditional Spirit Power boosts.
